Data controller

The data controller is the 2day system administrator. You can get in touch via the email listed under "Contact" below.

What data we collect

When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name and email. When you sign up for a meeting as a guest (without an account), we collect your name, email, and, if provided, phone number and note. We also automatically store your login IP address and time.

What we use the data for

The data is used so you can log in to the system, sign up for meetings, receive sign-up confirmations, reminders, and notifications about changes (e.g. a moved time or a cancelled registration).

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as your account or registration exists in the system. Once a meeting or account is removed, the related data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. If you signed up without an account, you can cancel your registration at any time using the personal link sent to you.
